Would you have ever imagined that employee turnover wouldn’t necessarily be because of an employer? Did you ever think about the negative impacts it could have on your organization?  So, how do you effectively train your staff under these circumstances? What action would you take to minimize the risks associated with employee turnover? We have two speakers that are experts in this field that will provide the answers and more!

This webinar will give us a chance to discuss the findings of a survey  that we recently communicated around employee turnover. It’s amazing the feedback we have received so far, we are quite surprised on the attention to this topic. We look forward to provide you with insights with addition of some colorful commentary.

You should attend this webinar if you are:

  • Serious about changing your approach to training;
  • Ready to be proactive vs. reactive;
  • Positively change your organizations culture;
  • Reducing the risks related to employee turnover and
  • Excited to be part of the solution and not the cause!
