Justin Muscolino -Head of Compliance Training North America

Justin brings over 15 years of wide-ranging experience in compliance, training and regulation in the banking sector. Most recently, he served as Head of Compliance Training at Bank of China where he led the compliance training function and created and monitored the annual training plan through a thorough training needs analysis. Previously he served as Macquarie Group’s Head of Americas Compliance Training and JPMorgan Chase’s Compliance Training Manager. Justin also worked for FINRA, a US regulator, where he created Examiner University to train examiners on how to perform their function.

 

Soumya Chakraverty – Managing Consultant at Risk Pro Solutions

Soumya Chakraverty is a senior risk management executive with experience in enterprise and operational risk and compliance.  With an extensive management consulting career working for Big Four consulting firms, he has also served in leadership roles within banking and financial services, delivering and managing key programs for enterprise risk identification, risk taxonomy, data governance, and implementation of governance risk and compliance (GRC) solutions.  His significant accomplishments include the design of integrated risk and compliance solutions, design and execution of risk and controls assessment for regulatory compliance, and leveraging data analytics and continuous monitoring capabilities for risk intelligence. Soumya is considered a subject matter lead in the area of GRC and ERM. He is a frequent public speaker and has several online publications to his credit in this area.

Neel Bhandari – CEO Echios 

Neel is an International Professional Development Trainer/Consultant to Fortune 500 businesses and individuals. He has been specializing his consulting with financial organizations for the past 10 years.
Neil is currently CEO of Echios, a communications technology company that uses Artificial Intelligence to quantify communications. This technology will allow L&D professionals to track the effectiveness of communications courses by providing statistics to an individual’s communication. Previously, Neel spent 7 years as the Head of Professional Development for Fitch Learning where he designed and delivered training sessions to a range of industries and organizations.
